Mirror, mirror, on the wall, what is the fairest online bingo site of them all?
Is it perhaps Mirror Bingo?
Read our Mirror Bingo review to find out!
About Mirror Bingo
Mirror Bingo was launched in 2006 by The Daily Mirror, a popular tabloid magazine. The brand is now owned by Jumpman Gaming, who has over 100 casinos, slots, and bingo brands they’ve custom designed for business partners over the decades.
They use a Great Britain Gambling Commission license for all UK operations.
Despite being launched in 2006, the Mirror Bingo website offers a clean, easy-to-navigate design, with a modern feel.
If you need assistance, you can send an email to support@mirrorbingo.com.
The brand also has a semi active Facebook page, which gets updated with a new post at least once or twice a week.
What Bingo Games Does Mirror Bingo Offer?
Mirror Bingo offers all 11 of their games in one standalone lobby:
- Tickets cost 5p to £1 each and you can choose between 75, 80, and 90 ball games – most of which run hourly, daily, and weekly.
- Overall, the games are pretty standard, with jackpots ranging up to £1.5 million. Non-jackpot games have prize pools usually running up to £40+.
- Most Mirror Bingo games attract 0 to 30 players each, with regular games averaging on 5 players. However, some of the games running less often have up to 40+ players at a time.
- The only special games available are the 4x Bingo Millions games, which offer jackpots of £1 million to £1.5 million each:
Playing at Mirror Bingo
The member’s area at Mirror Bingo is nicely designed. It’s also as responsive as the main site, even on mobile browsers – which is essential, as there are no mobile apps available!
The platform uses the proprietary Jumpman Gaming software as well as Pragmatic Play.
Unfortunately, there aren’t any free no-deposit games available.
You also need to provide ID when creating your Mirror Bingo account.
However, Mirror Bingo does offer a basic Loyalty Scheme rewards program:
As you deposit and play, you’ll earn loyalty points called Kudos.
The more Kudos you collect, the higher up the 4 loyalty levels you’ll progress, unlocking new rewards such as daily cashback, birthday bonuses, and free spins.
There’s also a separate Trophies system:
You need to deposit (and wager) real cash to earn enough trophies to progress through the 4 tiers. As you level up, you get a free Mega Wheel spin and the chance to win progressively bigger prizes.
Mirror Bingo Reviews
With Mirror Bingo being around for over a decade, we weren’t surprised to find 42 user reviews online. Unfortunately, the brand doesn’t seem very popular.
Their overall rating is just 1.67/5 stars.
Players complain about the very complicated withdrawal process, many games being canceled due to having no players joining, and not receiving promised bonuses:
Charlene Taylor goes so far as to call Mirror Bingo a stressful experience, complaining their customer service is appalling and “go above and beyond to cause upset”:
Elsewhere, we found another 4 user reviews – but all of them were 1-star ratings. Players also mention receiving poor customer support, as well as seeing the same winners in every game:
On a more positive note, other players praise Mirror Bingo for having a fast withdrawal system:
For such a large site, we were surprised that there’s not that many people playing on Mirror Bingo and the reviews are mostly negative so we would recommend checking out our list of the best bingo sites here!
