If you’re feeling lucky and you love bingo, you’d probably love to try Lucky Charm Bingo!
However, before you start testing your luck, read our Lucky Charm Bingo review to see if they really offer “fun interactive bingo all day every day.”
About The Lucky Charm Bingo Website
The 888 Group added Lucky Charm Bingo to their list of sites in 2015.
The Gibraltar-based company relies on a Great British Gambling Commission license for their bingo sites in the UK.
Lucky Charm Bingo’s website appears outdated, although it loads quickly.
Its overly simple design also makes it easy to navigate.
They claim to have iPhone and Android apps, but there’s no such app listed anywhere on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, nor does Lucky Charm Bingo provide any links.
You can contact Lucky Charm Bingo via:
- Live Chat
- Toll Free UK Phone Number: 0800 901 2510 (10 AM to 2 AM, 7 days a week)
They use Dragonfish, NetEnt, and NYX gaming software throughout the site.
Lucky Charm Bingo asks for valid ID after creating an account.
The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount is £5. Withdrawals can take 4 to 10 business days (so up to a month) to complete.
What Games Do Lucky Charm Bingo Offer?
There are 6 lobbies to choose from at Lucky Charm Bingo:
- 90 Ball Lobby
- 75 Ball Lobby
- Daily Jackpots
- Free Games
- Invite Only Lobby
- Special Games
All of the games are 90 ball and 75 ball variants. Some offer progressive jackpots and run frequently, while others run daily, weekly, or monthly.
Let’s take a quick look at each lobby!
90 Ball Lobby
Lucky Charm Bingo’s 90 ball lobby offers 6 games. Most of them aren’t very popular, with 0 to 15 players maximum. But two of the games do have around 60 players each.
Tickets cost 2p to 10p.
The 3 daily games offer jackpots between £15 and £1,000. Games that run 24/7 offer progressive jackpots that sometimes go higher than £1,000!
75 Ball Lobby
The 75 Ball lobby only offers 4 games. Three of them run 24/7, but one is a daily game.
Tickets cost between 5p and £1, with jackpots ranging from £1.05 to £500. The only progressive jackpot is currently at nearly £1,900.
This lobby is not very popular. Two of the games only had 2 players right before starting, while the others had around 20 players each.
Daily Jackpots
If you’re more interested in only playing occasionally, then the Daily Jackpots lobby is the one for you. There’s one daily game and 4 weekly games to choose from.
While tickets cost 5p to £1, the jackpots start at £50 (daily) and rise up to £1,500.
The daily game usually has around 100 players, while the weekly ones have close to 300 or more.
Free Games
Lucky Charm Bingo offers 7 free games, which are only available after depositing funds into your account.
Some of the free games run frequently, but there’s also a daily Freebie £50 Bonus Jackpot game and 3 weekly games.
The weekly games are the only ones with cash prizes. Their jackpots are £150 to £1,000. The other 4 games give bonus jackpots instead, from £1 to £50.
Some of the games only had around 30 players, while others had thousands of players signed up hours and even days in advance.
Invite Only Lobby
These three 90 ball bingo games are only open for members of The VIP Experience – AKA: Lucky Charm Bingo’s rewards program.
You need to be invited to join The VIP Experience by one of the Lucky Charm Bingo managers. There’s no information on how they decide who to send an invite to.
That said, a lot of players seem to have received invites – the £10,000 monthly jackpot game had nearly 3,400 players signed up 5 days before the room opened!
The other two games, which offer £250 and £350 jackpots, had more modest numbers, with only a few hundred players each.
Tickets cost 1p to £10.
Special Games
Lucky Charm Bingo offers 3 special games.
Bingo Roulette: This is an 888 Group favorite. Instead of having numbers called the usual way, the chat host uses a virtual roulette wheel! The first player to have all 5 of their numbers covered with casino chips wins the pot.
Tickets cost 5p and there’s a £2.47 minimum jackpot guarantee.
Mystery Jackpot: Another 888 Group staple, Mystery Jackpot keeps the jackpot a secret until 10 seconds before the room opens. It usually ranges from £10 to £500!
Tickets cost 10p.
Lucky Charm Bingo also offers a Prize Room. You need to win the Coverall Full House in this room to qualify for the mystery prize, which is announced at 9 PM on the 16th of every month.
You can’t buy Prize Room bingo tickets – you need to win them or earn them!
Lucky Charm Bingo Reviews
Lucky Charm Bingo has mixed reviews. Some people love the site, others hate it.
The reviews we found are also very old, with most of them being from 2015.
Lucifernewow left the most recent review in 2017. They complained when playing at Lucky Charm Bingo, winning lines mysteriously changed into non-winning lines and their winnings were never credited to their account.
The customer support experience was also bad enough for the user to close their account and move elsewhere:
Going back further in time, Trillionaire complained Lucky Charm Bingo didn’t bring anything new to the table, especially compared to their sister sites:
Welshie1969 was equally unimpressed and complained Lucky Charm Bingo used unclear rules to cheat players:
Jayceesmum left one of only two positive reviews for Lucky Charm Bingo. She said the site was very easy to navigate and liked that there were “some great payouts in their rooms.”
Overall, the reviews aren’t great for Lucky Charm bingo but they do have a nice selection of games and prizes to be won and they’re not overly crowded.
