Read our Duck Duck Bingo review for an inside look.

Who Are Duck Duck Bingo?

Like many bingo sites, Duck Duck Bingo is owned by 888 Group, who boasts 25 million players worldwide.

About The Duck Duck Bingo Website

Duck Duck Bingo Homepage

Launched in 2017, the Duck Duck Bingo website features a cartoonish theme possibly inspired by mobile games like Farmville.

This makes it feel outdated and ageless at the same time.

The navigation bar is huge, like it was designed for use on a small screen and it indeed displays nicely on mobile browsers.

Apparently Duck Duck Bingo has dedicated mobile apps but they’re not found on Apple’s App Store or the Google Play Store, nor are they linked anywhere on the site.

The Help tab provides links for more information and contact details, including:

  • Live chat
  • Player support email: support@duckduckbingo.com
  • Promotions team email: promotions@duckduckbingo.com
  • Toll-free number for UK players: 0800 901 2510 (10 AM to 2 AM, 7 days a week)
  • International number: +44800-901-2510 (charges depend on your service provider)

From our short investigation, Duck Duck Bingo doesn’t have any social media accounts anywhere, active or otherwise.

The website mentions using the following software:

  • Dragonfish
  • Eyecon
  • Microgaming
  • NetEnt
  • PlayTech

While the very messy Terms and Conditions page talks about a minimum withdrawal, no specific amount is mentioned:

The minimum deposit is £5.

Duck Duck Bingo’s withdrawal system is also somewhat complicated and it can take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to process withdrawal requests.

Please note you do need to verify your identity with a copy of your ID or passport. and Duck Duck Bingo might ask you to do the same for your transaction method(s).

The Special Lobby features “Bingo Roulette” special game, which combines the roulette wheel with bingo. Each time the wheel spins, the number it lands on is covered on your bingo card with a “casino chip.”

The first player to cover all 5 numbers on their card wins the pot.

Playing at Duck Duck Bingo

Duck Duck Bingo Game in Progress

Playing at Duck Duck Bingo is comparable to playing on any other bingo site owned and operated by 888 Group. It’s moderately active, with the big jackpot games attracting thousands of players.

The VIP/Rewards program, Ace Club, also appears to be shared. Every time you play the slots or buy a bingo ticket, you earn points that help you level up to unlock members-exclusive rooms.

Additionally, the member’s area, which is splashed in calming green hues and yellow overtones, is easy to navigate. The sidebar offers easy access to bingo games, slots, the VIP section, member offers, and your account inbox.

Jakub and Lydia complained their accounts were closed for no reason and they’re having difficulties with Duck Duck Bingo’s support team.

Both players were completely banned from all 888 Group bingo sites:
