About Blighty Bingo

Blighty Bingo Website

The 888 Group owns Blighty Bingo, and they operate under a Great Britain Gambling Commission license.

The Blighty Bingo design feels modern despite the over-the-top stereotypically British theme. The site is also very responsive, even if you’re visiting through a mobile browser.

Like all 888 Group bingo sites, Blighty Bingo uses the Dragonfish software.

You can contact support via:

  • Live Chat
  • Phone: 0808 2389 814

Blighty Bingo also has a Facebook page, with 373 likes but doesn’t get updated too frequently.

You’ll need to provide ID when creating your Blighty Bingo account to verify your account and play.

Which Bingo Games Does Blighty Bingo Offer?

Blighty Bingo Lobby

Blighty Bingo offers a standard range of 90 ball, 75 ball, and 52 ball bingo games. These are spread out across 6 lobbies, including one free lobby.

  • There are a variety of games that run daily, weekly, and monthly, and the ticket prices range from 1p to 50p each for the regular games, where prize pools typically hover around the £30 mark.
  • These games also attract between 10 and 100 players at a time.
  • For games with a dedicated or progressive jackpot (ranging from £10 to £10,000), the tickets cost anywhere from 1p to £10 each.
  • These games naturally attract higher player activity, as they also run less frequently. It’s not uncommon to see as many as 2,000+ players joining one of these games!

Blighty Bingo’s free bingo games do require cash deposits to your account before you can access any of them.

Special Games

There are a few special games worth highlighting.

Mystery Jackpot is the first special game, which has become a staple across 888 Group sites and several others.

Blighty Bingo Mystery Jackpot

As the name implies, the jackpot remains a mystery until just before the room opens. Based on what other 888 Group sites reveal, the jackpot is randomly selected to be between £10 and £500.

Bingo Roulette is another 888 Group standard. The 52 ball game mimics the popular casino game, with players covering numbers with casino chips and a roulette wheel spun to determine numbers called out.

Cover all 5 numbers and you’ll win the prize pool!

Playing at Blighty Bingo

Blighty Bingo Game in Progress

Blighty Bingo isn’t very active but games do run all the time and the members area is easy to navigate and find your way around.

There’s some chat going on too.

Players can join the Blighty Bingo Loyal-Tea program, which has 15 loyalty tiers.

It does seem to be a renamed version of the 888 Group Ace Club VIP program, as the Loyal-Tea program works exactly the same: you earn points by depositing and wagering cash.

Prizes include:

  • Daily free spins
  • Free bingo tickets
  • Exclusive bingo rooms
  • Monthly cashback
  • Weekly rewards wheel

Blighty Bingo also promises no wagering requirements.

Blighty Bingo Reviews

After looking into the reviews around the web for Blighty Bingo it doesn’t look like there’s too many fans of this site with most of them being negative.

Several users point to Blighty Bingo being a cleverly disguised clone of its sister sites, with games having slightly different names but the same chat hosts and winners.

Users also complain the same winners are winning games across the site, while Blighty Bingo acts as “the most greedy site around” by withholding promised bonuses, having rude chat hosts, and not properly crediting users their deposited amounts:

Maylock also complains 888 Group pushed their account into “self-exclusion” to avoid paying them the winnings they tried to withdraw. After trying to query this, the user was able to get their original deposit back, but not the £520 they’d won:

The few positive reviews stick to generic “love the games” and “no issues with payout.”

One of them, however, advises players to “stay away from any promotions” and complains Blighty Bingo logs them out of “a good number of games” too:

With so many negative reviews you should definitely have a think about whether you really want to make this your bingo home.
